If your organization is recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the State of Georgia, Allstar Jumpy Company, must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event or we must collect sales tax in accordance with state/local laws. In the State of Georgia, IRS certified Not for Profit
Entities are not automatically exempted from State Sales Tax.
